- The tour of the outdoor exposure and the Tropicana greenhouse are accessible barrier-free.
- In the entrance hall of the greenhouse and outdoor exposure there is a barrier-free toilet.
- Mothers with children may use the changing table at the toilets in the entrance hall of the greenhouse.
- We don´t recommend disabled persons in wheelchairs, mothers with prams and persons with reduced mobility to enter the bridge due to steep slope.

- Heating children´s side dishes is possible in the Botanic Confectionery.
