If you are approaching from the car park, a step-free access ramp leads to the entrance.

Assistance dogs and guide dogs are welcome throughout the Botanical Garden without restriction and free of charge.
Visitors using wheelchairs, pushing prams or strollers, or with reduced mobility may enter through the gate next to the turnstile. If you prefer not to use the rotating turnstile, please ask the ticket office staff to open the gate or assist you.

The paths around the central lawn and the outdoor garden are suitable for prams and strollers and offer limited accessibility for wheelchair users due to uneven surfaces.
